Dark Forces 2 Unreal Engine Remake

Dark Forces 2 Unreal Engine Remake is an fan-remake of the beloved classic Dark Forces 2, developed by Ruppertle using Unreal Engine 4.

Set in the Star Wars expanded universe, the game takes place one year after Return of the Jedi and four years after Dark Forces 1. Player once again controls Kyle Katarn, a mercenary working for the New Republic, who uncovers his connection to the Force and the mysterious "Valley of the Jedi," an ancient wellspring of power. After his father was murdered by the Dark Jedi Jerec and his followers, who sought the location of the Valley, Katarn sets off on a personal mission to avenge his father’s death and reach the Valley before his enemies.

The current version of this unofficial remake remake includes three levels from the original game, along with four new survival levels. It also includes a Sandbox Mode and a 3D Model Viewer. A bonus level for testing purposes is available, and there are hidden secrets for players to discover throughout the game.
