Nightmare Kart

Nightmare Kart initially was a 1st April joke, made during Bloodborne PSX development but was eventually turned into a real game. The game was initially supposed to be titled "Bloodborne Kart", but Sony contacted LWMedia over unauthorized use of the Bloodborne intellectual property.

Finally, the game was officially released mid-2024 as "Nightmare Kart" and is still officially available. It's a kart racing game, using a low poly art style inspired by the original PlayStation.

You are a beast hunter, conscripted against your will to participate in a most peculiar local custom: a tournament where participants race atop mysterious vehicles. Race through blood-soaked gothic streets atop one of 12 unique vehicles as you seek answers behind the origin of this nightmare.
